Exchange Policy – The Fairy’s Club

At The Fairy’s Club, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to have a delightful shopping experience every time. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, you may request an exchange.

You must notify us in writing within 15 days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reason for the exchange.


Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Sale Items

  • Sale items are not eligible for refund.

  • However, they can be exchanged within 15 days, provided you have the original receipt.


Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it is processed.
Please contact our Customer Support Team to check the status and cancel your order if possible.

If the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification via SMS/Email, and in that case, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

The Fairy’s Club reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Quality issues

  • Suspicious activity

  • Item being out of stock


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
